VACANCY
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides ICT support services to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Installs, configures, and maintains computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoots and resolves ICT-related problems.
- Maintains an inventory of ICT equipment and systems developed, including asset management.
- Provides technical support and training to staff.
- Prepares and maintains documentation on ICT systems.
- Liaises with service providers for technical support and maintenance.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Familiarity with server operating systems and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
