An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified, organized, and experienced person for the above position has arisen In the Finance Department. Stores Section at one of our clients. Our client is based in Mutare and is a well-established brand in the Food Processing Industry
The main purpose of this position is to accurately record and manage incubation stock and receipts, in accordance with the laid down procedures.
This position also involve receiving and recording all incubation stocks into the sage accounting package.
Reporting the Team Leader-Stores, the successful applicant will among other key aspects
DUTIES
Generating incubation stock receipt documents and match the documents with works order
Receiving and controlling of all Labelling Cage documents.
Preparing and conducting cycle counts and quarterly stock takes.
Ensuring that physical controls are tight and stocks are safe from natural damages i.e., rain, dust, frost, or contamination.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
At least a National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or any other inventory control qualification
A minimum of 5 Ordinary Levels with good passes in English and Mathematics
At least one year working experience in an F.M.C.G or manufacturing set up
Ability to work under pressure, take initiative and to make independent decisions
Good communication skills.
The ideal candidate should be available start work immediately
