Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above
position which have arisen in Harare Region. The incumbent will report to ICT Technician.
DUTIES (RESPONSIBILITIES)
➢ Assist in all ICT issues,
➢ Attend to end user day to day issues
➢ Assist to diagnose and resolve end user computer, network or printer problems, email, internet and local area network access points,
➢ Assist in setting up meetings online,
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
➢ Studying towards a degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent,
➢ Highly proficient in the use of computers,
➢ Excellent communication, research and presentation skills
