ICT MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ICT Manager who will be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, managing IT staff and projects, and overseeing infrastructure, security, and budgets. Key responsibilities involve developing and implementing ICT policies, ensuring data security and compliance, and working with senior leadership to align technology with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ICT policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring that ICT infrastructure meets current and future business needs.

Leadership and management of the ICT division, managing staff, and overseeing IT projects from conception to completion.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.

Ensuring data security and IT compliance through strategic solutions, developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Managing the ICT budget, forecasting future resource requirements, and controlling costs.

Managing and liaising with third party vendors to ensure services are delivered effectively and within budget.

Designing and executing change management initiatives and liaising with other departments, senior leadership, customers and stakeholders to understand and address their needs.

Researching and recommending new technology and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Maintain IT service desk operations, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.

Overseeing hardware and software procurement, licensing, and upgrades.

Manage ICT staff, including training, performance management and assigning accountabilities and tasks, assisting with the recruitment of staff members to ensure effective performance of the team and support service.
Key Competencies:

In-depth experience and knowledge of enterprise IT concerns and technologies, including but not limited to: security administration, network administration, project management and systems administration.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Strong understanding of ICT security, risk management, and compliance.
-
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
-
Extensive knowledge of the principles, tools and techniques required for the management and control of ICT within a business organization.

Ability to manage ICT projects and think creatively and to implement leading-edge technology solutions.
-
Ability to manage change.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
A specialized Master’s Degree in the field of ICT e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar relevant areas of specialization.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience performing at a management level in the area of ICT, including at least three (3) years’ in the development, implementation and operation of major ICT systems and in the management of a team at IT department.

Hands-on experience in Windows, Linux servers environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Oracle), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and enterprise networking.

Experience with Active Directory, Navision, Dynamics 365, database management and other ERP/CRM systems.

Certifications in Analytics such as SAS, Google/IBM Analytics, PowerBI, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, CISSP, or PMP are an added advantage.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
