Key Responsibilities
- Lead networks, servers, storage, virtualisation, cloud and hybrid platforms.
- Manage capacity, performance, upgrades and technology refreshes.
- Manage ISPs, WAN links, internet, telecommunications and voice services.
- Monitor supplier SLAs, costs and service quality.
- Oversee the ICT service desk and escalations.
- Apply ITSM across incidents, problems, changes and service requests.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs and user experience.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
