Applications are invited to fill-in the above position which has arisen within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

• Implement and support the performance management system and succession planning.

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes including job postings, interviews and onboarding.

• Assist in Human Resources policy and strategy formulation.

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.

• Human Resources Administration i.e. preparation of payroll input, fleet management, employee record management.

• Prepare Human Resources reports i.e. monthly management reports.

• Advise on Safety, Health and Environment.

• Supervision of administration staff.

Qualifications and skills

• A degree in Human Resources and/ or relevant Social Sciences.

• Working knowledge and experience in Training and Development function is a must.

• A diploma in IPMZ or a relevant professional board.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of labour laws and Human resources best practices.
