Action For Youth Foundation Trust is a registered non-profit Organization that intend to work with OVCs, Youth Living with HIV and Youth in Key Populations.
This Organization is seeking to engage a Human Resources Officer who will work in the organization safeguarding other employees and volunteers.

Duties And Responsibilities

The role of the Human Resources Officer will be responsible on making Contracts, HR policies in line with the Rules and Regulations of Zimbabwe. He or she will be friendly to other volunteers within the organization and able to handle information confidentially.
Developing new strategies and knowledge ideas. Able to work voluntarily and under minimum supervision. Engaging with stakeholders from various corners of implementation.

Qualifications And Experience

Human Resources should working or study towards any in either one of HND or any other diploma in Human Resources, Social Work, Development Studies, or any other social sciences, and any relevant studies.
