Our Client In The FMCG Sector Is Looking To Hire A Seasoned Human Resources Officer. The Successful Candidate Will Play A Pivotal Role In Supporting The Development And Execution Of Hr Strategies, Policies, And Procedures That Align With The Company’s Goals. This Role Requires A Hands-On Professional With Strong Interpersonal Skills And A Deep Understanding Of Hr Practices And Labour Legislation.

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

• Support The Development And Implementation Of Hr Policies, Systems, And Procedures Aligned With Business Needs.

• Provide Guidance And Counselling To Staff And Management On Company Policies, Procedures, And Labour Legislation.

• Coordinate The Full Recruitment Cycle: Job Descriptions, Advertising, Shortlisting, Interviewing, And On-Boarding.

• Design And Deliver On-Boarding And Induction Programs To Integrate New Employees Into The Company Culture.

• Facilitate Training And Staff Development Initiatives To Enhance Performance And Service Excellence.

• Assist In Performance Management Processes, Including Appraisals And Performance Improvement Initiatives.

• Manage Employee Relations, Including Disciplinary And Grievance Procedures, In Line With Company Policy And Labour Law.

• Consolidate Payroll Inputs, Administer Employee Benefits, And Liaise With Payroll For Accurate Salary Processing.

 

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

 

• A Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

• A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Hr Role, Preferably Within A Manufacturing Or Fmcg Environment.

• Strong Knowledge Of Labour Laws, Hr Policies, And Best Practices.
