Degree in Human Resources Management
A Professional qualification such as IPMZ will be an added advantage
A Diploma /certificate in Payroll Administration is a must.
MSC/MBA/MBL is an added advantage
Highly organized and detail orientated
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
