Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Role Purpose:
To provide strategic organisational development and HR consultancy services for a client in the service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational development strategies aligned with business objectives and service standards.
- Conduct assessments to identify structural, cultural, and performance gaps.
- Develop and monitor performance management systems to drive accountability and service excellence.
- Facilitate workforce planning, succession, and talent development initiatives.
- Design and deliver training and capacity-building programmes for operational needs.
- Review and optimise organisational structures, roles, and reporting lines.
- Monitor HR metrics to support strategic decisions and organisational improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience with proven consultancy experience (mandatory).
- Expertise in organisational development, change management, and organisational design.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Experience designing and facilitating training and capacity-building programmes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address organisational challenges.
