Key Responsibilities

• Lead organisational development strategies aligned with business objectives and service standards.
• Conduct assessments to identify structural, cultural, and performance gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience with proven consultancy experience (mandatory).
• Expertise in organisational development, change management, and organisational design.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation, HR compliance, and best practices.
• Experience designing and facilitating training and capacity-building programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address organisational challenges.
