Job summary
The Human Resources Officer (HRO) is responsible for the efficient delivery of HR Services and provision of accurate and reliable HR information to enable proper decision making. The HRO should exercise proper control over compliance to HR Policy and Procedures and must ensure successful execution of the general operational aspects of the HR function in partnership with Heads of Divisions and line managers. The HRO is expected to advise senior management on all aspects of Labour Laws and Regulations.

• Recruitment and selection.
• Performance management.
• Learning and development.
• Remuneration and employee benefits management.
Qualifications and Experience
• A first degree in Social Sciences.
• IPMZ Diploma.
• Minimum of three years experience in Human Resources preferably in a health environment.
• A sound knowledge of the Local Labour Legislation and other statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high degree of computer literacy and proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Adaski System and Navision).
