Recruitment and training of staff
Performance evaluation
Handling disciplinary issues
analyze trends in compensation and benefits and propose competitive remuneration strategies to retain staff
Compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
Qualifications And Experience
IPMZ Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
Degree in Human Resources Management
3 years experience
