We are growing! Almond Africa is looking for suitably qualified personnel to fill an opening within our company as a Human Resources Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities

Role:
• Develop and review HR policies and procedures in compliance with Labour Laws and regulations.
• Recruit high-calibre staff through diligent and stringent selection.
• Conduct employee orientation/induction training as well as refresher courses to foster a positive attitude
towards organisational goals.
• Advise and coach employees regarding HR programs, practices and procedures.
• Train management on matters such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, exit
interviews and grievance handling.
• Identify employee training requirements and recommend programs/courses.
• Implement and review performance appraisal systems for each role.
• Administer the payroll system.
• Process all HR-related documents and maintain records of all employees.
• Plan and organise special projects and programs such as employee recognition awards, long service awards
ceremonies, etc.
• Represent the organisation at HR-related hearings and investigations.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or related qualification
• IPMZ (Institute of Personnel Management Zimbabwe) qualification or membership with a professional institute
related to the field
• At least 5 years of proven work experience in the human resources field
• Knowledge of payroll administration systems, (Belina, Touchstone, Softrite, etc.)
• Knowledge of HR systems and Zimbabwean Labour Laws
• Clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Passport
• Well-established recruitment experience
• Extensive knowledge of training resources
