HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
ZANU PF is seeking applications from qualified, dynamic and career oriented professional for its Headquarters in Harare. It seeks the services of a motivated person who will fulfill the following responsibilities and have the qualifications and experience set out below.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide a comprehensive service to the party including:
- Reports to the Secretary for Administration.
- Initiating HR strategy for ZANU PF HQ and provincial units.
- Administering and revising the HR Policy and Manual Procedure
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
- Creating and administrating a job evaluation system
- Conducting annual salary surveys
- Developing, analyzing and updating the Party’s manpower budget as well as authorized compliment
- Coordinates training and development system for staff at party HQ and Provincial Offices
- Administers conditions of services
- Overseeing recruitment and selection for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
- Conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
- Administers employee relations as well as the disciplinary and grievances procedures
- Maintaining departmental records and reports
- Participating in administrative staff meetings
- Maintaining Party directory and other organization charts

- Loyalty to the Party and Leadership is a prerequisite
- The aptitude to interact effectively with subordinates and seniorpolitical leadership.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate is required to have:
- A recognized Bachelor of Science/Arts in HR Management or any relevant Degree MSc/M A is a PLUS
- IPMZ Diploma in HRM is an added advantage
