Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out research on clients to establish their Human Resources needs and deliver offerings.
  • Drive the company’s marketing and selling of various Human Resources Offerings ranging from Organization Development, Employee Relations, Recruitment &Selection ,Compensation &Benefits Management ,Employee Relations ,Compliance , Performance Management and Strategies.
  • Be able to prepare proposals and deliver on the wide range of the company’s portfolio of services.
  • Assist when deployed to handle and carry out strategic human resources services to clients on retainer contracts.
  • Be able to develop and nurture relations with clients and various stakeholders in the industry.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management
  • A Post Graduate Degree such as MBA will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of at least 3 years experience working in Human Resources Consultancy work with a diverse portfolio of clients is a requirement.
