VACANCY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Facilitates employee disciplinary hearing proceedings
•Facilitates on employee recruitment and selection
•Advise Council on Labour related matters
•Payroll Processing
•Distributes agendas and notices of Council Committee meetings
•Prepares and distributes minutes of the proceedings of the Council and all its committees
•Provide secretarial services to the Council
•Formulates and Manages Program/Committee budget
•Any other relevant duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Town Secretary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•Holder of a degree from a recognized institution in Human Resources Management/ Labour Relations or a Social Science degree with bias towards Human Resources
•A certificate in Payroll Management is an added advantage
•A relevant Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
•A citizen of Zimbabwe
•Clean criminal record
•At least three (3) years’ post qualification experience in middle management position.
•Computer Literate
•Holder of a clean Class 4 Drivers Licence
•At least 30 years of age
