Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review HR strategies, policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and organisational policies.
- Manage recruitment, selection, promotion, transfers and exit processes.
- Handle employment contract terminations and renewals.
- Manage the performance management system.
- Administer compensation and benefits.
- Manage payroll.
- Oversee employee welfare programmes.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related Social Science plus a professional HR qualification.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources is an added advantage.
- Certificate/Diploma in Payroll Administration is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of labour legislation.
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR management experience.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS software.
- Mature Christian.
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, ethical and dependable.
- Experience in mediation and conflict resolution.
