DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement learning strategies that support organizational goals and employee development

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted interventions

• Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives

• Support performance management processes, including coaching managers and employees

• Collaborate with business leaders to align learning and performance initiatives with operational priorities

• Drive organizational development projects, including change management and culture-building initiatives

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring programs deliver measurable impact

• Advise on performance improvement strategies, succession planning, and talent development frameworks

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations in all learning and performance activities

• Foster employee engagement through initiatives that enhance morale, productivity, and retention

• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned, supporting the broader people strategy

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, with a focus on organizational development and training

• Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and performance management practices

• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in the banking sector will be an added advantage
