The Human Capital Business Partner – Learning and Performance is responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs, leading organizational development initiatives, and managing the performance management framework within the banking or financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and implements learning, training, and development programmes
- Leads organisational development and change management initiatives
- Manages the performance management framework and continuous improvement processes
- Conducts training needs analyses and skills gap assessments
- Partners with business leaders to build leadership and talent pipelines
- Monitors learning effectiveness and return on investment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or Training is mandatory
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in learning, performance management, and organisational development
- Proven experience in Organisation Development and Training is essential
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector
