Job Description
We are looking for HR Supervisor to oversee and enhance our human resource functions. As an HR Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day HR activities, ensure compliance with policies, and support a positive workplace culture. Duties and Responsibilities
– Oversee HR Operations by managing recruitment, on boarding, and employee lifestyle processes.
– Policy implementation by ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated as needed.
– Employee relations act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace matters.
– Performance management by supporting performance reviews, employee development plans, and training initiatives.
– Ensuring compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.
– Records management and confidentiality to maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
– Support leadership by collaborating with managers to address workforce needs and HR challenges.
– Reporting and preparing HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications and Experience
– Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in human resource management or supervision.
– Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
– Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
– Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Experience in payroll system an added advantage.
