Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR functions – including recruitment, learning & development, internal communication, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and best practices; review and update policies and procedures.
  • Lead the development of HR strategy, practices and processes.
  • Manage relations with local authorities and act as management’s representative with them.
  • Champion employer branding, positive work environment and internal communication.
  • Participate in SHEQ and CSR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years at managerial level within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
