• Degree in HRM or equivalent
• Education: University Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.

EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of 1 year in human resources with human resources administration background

ESSENTIAL SPECIALIST SKILLS
• Computer Literacy
• Zimbabwean Labour laws
• Service Contracts with suppliers on Medical Aid, Group Life Assurance, Recruitment Agents
• High Analytical Skills.

• Displayed Knowledge in Human Resources Administration
• Must be self-initiating and should have high personal work standards with strong organising, work planning and scheduling skills, capable of handling large volumes of assignments accurately and thoroughly without losing focus.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues in a reasonable and mature manner.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, ability to interact harmoniously and effectively with colleagues from diverse disciplines, perspectives, countries and cultures.
