VACANCY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an HR Graduate Trainee, your day-to-day activities will include:
• Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes by helping to post vacancies, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and welcome new hires.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Assisting with employee relations by responding to staff queries and supporting conflict resolution processes.
• Helping coordinate training and development activities, including logistics, attendance tracking, and follow-up evaluations.
• Contributing to the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with legal standards and best practices.
• Supporting the performance management cycle, including the collection of evaluations and feedback.
• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, wellness programmes, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
• Participating in regular HR team meetings by preparing reports or minutes as required.
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal regulations at all times.
• Proactively engaging in professional development and keeping up with emerging HR trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who meet the following
criteria:
• A recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years) with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• A keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
