KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate will be exposed to the following organisational development interventions:

• Organisational redesign

• Job evaluation

• Change management programs

• Performance management interventions

• Leadership development and team building

• Skills audit

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience.

• Industrial relations and change management qualifications are a distinct advantage.

• Knowledge of Zimbabwean Labour Law and HR best practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Vast knowledge in organisational development interventions.
