VACANCY
TIMB is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the HR Business Partner position. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labour laws while contributing to a positive workplace culture. The position is based at TIMB Head Office in Harare.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, training, and skills development initiatives.

Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Implement and monitor health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.

Oversee the management and maintenance of TIMB fleet.
-
Ensure capacitation of IRBM system and support employee development.
-
Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory regulations.
-
Maintain comprehensive and organized HR records.
-
Undertake HR Analytics.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
-
IPMZ diploma is required.
-
Minimum of five years’ post-graduate experience in Human Resources, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
Other Requirements / Competences
-
Class 4 driver’s licence.

Highly organized and task-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

Strong report-writing and presentation skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
