Duties And Responsibilities
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied with their work environment
• Overseeing health and safety of all employees
• Advertising vacant positions
• Providing counselling on policies and procedures
• Support management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• To carry out any other duties as decided by the Management from time to time
Qualifications And Experience
