Key Responsibilities
- Oversee management of company houses, rent booking, and invoice processing
- Follow up on rent income and liaise with Dawn Properties
- Manage residential properties, levies, bills, and licensing
- Reconcile monthly rent accounts and advise cashiers
- Coordinate renovations, faults escalation, and maintenance
- Handle vehicle issue and return procedures
- Manage pool car scheduling, licensing, disposals, acquisitions, and asset register updates
- Record and manage vehicle-related incidents and insurance claims
- Ensure all vehicles are equipped with necessary accessories
- Address issues related to the canteen and related services
- Procure groceries and oversee distribution
- Maintain filing systems and assist with file retrievals
- Manage access card system, permits, visas, and labor issues
- Coordinate new employee inductions and exit procedures
- Oversee office furniture and equipment disposals
- Create purchase orders and payment requests
- Conduct due diligence on service providers and ensure contract validity
- Distribute and procure stationery
- Maintain and communicate with service providers (taxis, cleaning, labor broking, property management)
- Update and maintain vehicle asset register
