Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR and administration Manager with a legal background to lead our HR function. You will provide strategic HR guidance ensure compliance with Zimbabwean labour laws and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies

• Manage employee relations and compliance

• Oversee recruitment and talent management

• Provide legal guidance on HR matters

• Develop and implement HR policies

• Identify,monitor,asses,and control company risk issues through the assistance of company legal Advisor.

Desirable Skills:

• Law degree (LLB) or equivalent

• HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI)

• Five years’ experience in HR and legal roles

• Strong understanding of Zimbabwean labour laws

• Leadership and management skills
