We are a CHINESE luxury hotel in Redcliff, Zimbabwe seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team. With a strong reputation for exceptional service and hospitality, we cater for local and international guests.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Hotel Manager with experience in managing big hotels, preferably with international brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a team of department heads to ensure seamless hotel operations
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance hotel reputation
* Oversee front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure high standards of service and quality
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and international standards

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably with a big international hotel chain

Qualifications:

* Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
* Professional certification in hotel management.
