Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications, experience and competencies required
1. Secondary education successfully completed. A tertiary or professional qualification is an added advantage
2. Police Clearance obtained within 3 months from the date of vacancy application
3. Be at least 30 years of age
4. At least 5 years of working in a child focused institution , where duties of care and guidance were prominent
5. Red Cross training will be an added advantage

Required skills and competencies
❖ Quite knowledgeable of children’s’ daily activities
❖ Ability to work in a team , adherence to boarding place roster , duties and commitment to improving the work place by reducing waste
❖ Thoroughly committed to highest standards of hygiene and clean environment
❖ Be willing to work and assisting children in their learning
❖ Passionate and caring for the children
❖ Excellent communication skills
❖ Quite knowledgeable about child safeguarding.
❖ Be sympathetic to the Catholic ethos and traditions
