Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintaining an up to date Filing system.
  • Record patients’ details, registration cards, payment and health records accurately.
  • Provide assistance to patience, doctors and staff for smooth flow of work.
  • Check patient’s movements in and out of the Medical centre.
  • Maintain medical records database.
  • Ensure the patient’s medical aid is active.
  • Use of NH263 and TriMed

Requirements

  • An Administration or Secretarial qualification is preferred .
  • At least 5 Ordinary level passes including Mathematics and English.
  • Prior knowledge of NH263 and Trimed
  • At least 2yrs experience as a hospital receptionist
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
