HORTICULTURE SUPERVISOR – Proserve Consulting Group 67 views

Our client is looking for a Horticulture Supervisor who will be involved with cultivating,
packaging and selling of crops for export purposes.
Location: Chegutu

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Cultivation and Harvesting
▪ Irrigation and Soil Management
▪ Pest and Disease Control
▪ Product Quality Assurance
▪ Equipment and Facility Maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Diploma/Degree in Horticulture or Crop science
▪ 5 years’ experience in Horticulture
▪ Knowledge in Blue blueberry cultivation will be an added advantage
▪ Experience Horticulture crop production and management;
▪ Good agronomic practices;
▪ Knowledge in Agricultural chemicals;
▪ Horticulture planning and implementation
▪ Possession of a class 3 or 4 drivers’ license will be an added advantage.
