Qualifications and requirements:

• 5*0’levels.
• At least National Certificate in Professional Cooking/ Hotel and catering
• Age 30 years and above
• A knowledge of good dietary practice
• Practising Christian.
• Being an Anglican is an added advantage
• Proficiency in the preparation of large quantities of food.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Class 4 drivers’ licence an added advantage

Duties:

• Maintain a neat and orderly kitchen with the highest standards of safety and cleanliness
• Determine the quantity and quality of food prepared daily according to a planned menu using tested and uniform recipes
• Apportion and serve food to the learners
• Maintain proper stock records and assist in stock-taking
• To take overall charge of the kitchen and dining hall.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Salary will be disclosed to short-listed candidate.
