A fast-growing and dynamic IT Helpdesk operation in Zimbabwe is seeking motivated professionals to join their high-performing support team. This exciting six-month contract position is open for an experienced IT professional to work remotely as a Helpdesk Agent, starting October/November. Key Responsibilities:

– Provide professional first-level support to clients via remote platforms
– Log and track issues using the organization’s custom software (Telpify)
– Collaborate with field teams for escalated cases requiring on-site intervention
– Ensure clear and effective communication with clients and teammates

Requirements:

– Degree in Information Technology
– Fluent in both written and spoken English
– At least 3 years’ experience in an IT-related role
– Prior helpdesk or call centre experience is an added advantage
– Working knowledge of Ubiquiti consoles is a strong plus
– Must have a reliable electricity supply and backup power at home
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
