HEADMASTER (ATS)

WE ARE HIRING ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT, A NEW AND PROGRESSIVE PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ATS ENVIRONMENT, FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND VISIONARY HEADMASTER.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the development and execution of the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
* Grow student enrolment through marketing and community engagement.
* Champion a culture of academic excellence, innovation, discipline, and student well-being.
* Ensure high-quality teaching and learning through curriculum oversight and instructional leadership.
* Build a supportive school climate that encourages staff growth and student success.
* Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and sustainability initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with educational policies and ATS governance standards.
* Cultivate strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the broader community.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
* (Master’s in Educational Leadership preferred).
* At least 5 years’ leadership experience as Headmaster or Deputy, ideally in an ATS or similar private high school.
* Proven track record in managing successful schools and driving change.
* Strong ICT skills and familiarity with modern learning tools.
