Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Grow student enrolment through marketing and community engagement.
• Champion a culture of academic excellence, innovation, discipline, and student well-being.
• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning through curriculum oversight and instructional leadership.
• Build a supportive school climate that encourages staff growth and student success.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and ATS governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent; Master’s degree in Educational Administration/Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven leadership experience as a Headmaster or Deputy Headmaster, preferably at a Private or ATS-affiliated school.
• Highly computer literate; proficient in educational and administrative software.
• Strong understanding of current ATS trends, best practices, and governance principles.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and develop school enrolment and revenue streams.
