JOB DESCRIPTION
An exciting position has arisen in a NEW PRIVATE SECONDARY SCHOOL where a HEADMASTER is being sought to come and run and install modern systems for the new school.
Candidate to have:
- At least 3 years of experience at a private school
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Diploma in Education
- Degree in Administration
- Master’s in Business Administration is an added advantage
- Knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum
- Must be a strategist and able to come up with robust school management strategies
- Able to work under pressure
- Highly computer literate
- Able to manage and supervisor
- Must be a good communicator at all levels
