We are extending an invitation to prospective candidates to apply for the position of Head Teacher of Westridge High School. This is a position that will suit a person who is looking for a challenging career as a head.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed professional to share in the leadership and development ofthis rapidly improving high school.
The successful candidate will need to:
– be committed to child-centred education and promoting the well-being of students.
– have a proven track record in senior management and at least five years’ experience as a teacher at an ATS high school.
– have good leadership skills and managerial experience
– have the drive and skills to lead improvement through modelling, collaboration and effective implementation.
– have excellent organisational skills to enable effective contribution to strategic development, day-to-day running and maintain high standards.
– have good financial and IT skills.
– be a citizen or permanent resident of Zimbabwe
