The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the Trust’s mission, vision, and values, and for maintaining the school’s reputation as a leading institution in Zimbabwe and the region[#].
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day leadership and management of the school

Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care

Collaborating with other SJET Heads

Maintaining and improving academic operations and standards[#]
Candidate Requirements

Experienced and well-qualified teacher

Appropriate degree and professional teaching qualification

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in school leadership or Headship

Awareness of, and experience in, education in Southern Africa

Understanding of the Cambridge system

Knowledge of current and emerging best practices in international education

Ability to earn trust and respect from a wide range of stakeholders
