VACANCY NOTICE

Applications are invited from highly competent and qualified persons to fill the following vacant position that has arisen within the organisation.

The incumbent will report to the Deputy Post Master General and will be responsible for the following, among other duties;
⦁ To develop and execute the property and real estate strategic, business and operational plans and initiatives to grow the asset base
⦁ Managing the immovable assets portfolio of Zimpost while pursuing and exploring the full range of opportunities in the real estate business
⦁ Managing sales, valuation, property
management and land development projects
⦁ Spearheading immovable assets growth
strategies through land acquisition, building maintenance and modernization
⦁ Oversees rentals or leases of properties to ensure value of investments
⦁ Manage all Zimpost Properties and ensure that all property portfolio management issues comply with legal provisions.

Skills and Knowledge
⦁ Self-motivated
⦁ Self-supervised
⦁ A proven track record for achieving high impact results
⦁ Computer literate

Qualifications and Experience
⦁ Degree in Real Estate & Property Development, Rural & Urban Planning or equivalent
⦁ MBA, MBL, MSc or any other professional qualification is an added advantage
⦁ Registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe will be an added advantage.
⦁ 3 year’s experience at a senior level
