Requirements
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; a PhD or equivalent experience.
- Professional training in programme, operations or project management.
- At least 10 years’ experience managing complex donor-funded portfolios, preferably in global health, research, development or a related environment.
- At least 5 years’ experience in senior or executive leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar grants and programmes.
- Strong experience across grants, finance, procurement, compliance and programme operations.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically with senior leadership, donors, government, academic institutions and implementing partners.
- A strong track record of supporting organisational or programme growth.
- Experience contributing to major proposal development and grant submissions.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding, equity, inclusion, ethical conduct and accountability.
- A PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification would be an advantage.
