The candidate must be a holder of an Occupational therapy Degree with at least 6 years of experience in a Managerial position.

The key result areas include:

i. Plan and manage the clinical work in the Occupational Therapy Department.
ii. Co-ordinate and improve intra & inter-departmental work.
iii. Ensures that all therapies are conducted in an Acceptable professional manner and that Ethical standards are being met.
