A reputable Medical Rehabilitation Centre is searching for an experienced
HEAD OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY.
The candidate must be a holder of an Occupational therapy Degree with at least 6 years’ experience in a Managerial position. The key result areas include:
i. Plan and manage the clinical work in the Occupational therapy Department
ii. Co-ordinate and improve intra & inter departmental work
iii. Ensures that all therapies are conducted in an acceptable professional manner and that ethical standards are being met.
iv. Ensures that staff members are trained and adequately resourced to perform their duties
