Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor incubators and hatchers.
- Prepare, set and transfer eggs according to hatchery procedures.
- Monitor temperature, humidity and hatchery conditions.
- Assist with chick handling, grading and packaging.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and biosecurity standards.
- Keep accurate production and hatchery records.
- Report equipment faults and production challenges to Management.
- Perform any other duties related to hatchery operations.
Requirements
- Experience in hatchery operations or poultry production will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of poultry incubation and chick handling.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Good communication skills, discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
