Duties And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing and monitoring of annual harvesting/silviculture and roads annual plan of operations;
2. Contributing to the development of Standard Operating Practice (SOP) guidelines in line with international best practice;
3. Preparation of scheduled/ periodic and ad hoc reports;
4. Developing subordinates and sustaining effective implementation of SOPs, and;
5. Achieving set fire protection, environmental management, safety, and quality targets.
Qualifications And Experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
A team player and self-motivated – able to identify and rectify skills gaps and recommending interventions.
Excellent presentation skills – Powerpoint
Very analytical and comfortable with MS Excel spreadsheets
