**Job Title:** HANDYMAN – PLUMBER
**Role Purpose:**
Reporting to the Superintendent – Services, as a Handyman – Plumber, you will ensure continuous water supply, effective drainage, and safe sanitation systems within our mining premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair leaks, burst pipes, and faulty valves
- Install pumps, valves, and pressure systems across the mine
- Maintain septic systems or connections to treatment facilities
- Ensure all plumbing systems meet health, safety, and environmental standards
- Help control water usage and prevent contamination
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of wastewater and hazardous fluids
- Minimize operational downtime and environmental impact
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing
- A Minimum of 3 years prior experience .
- Good communication Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, paying attention to details
