Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand identity and messaging.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of graphic materials, including:
o Logos, branding, and identity systems
o Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters)
o Digital assets (websites, social media graphics, email campaigns)
o User interface designs
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure that designs meet project objectives and align with business goals
Oversee the work of junior designers and provide guidance and mentorship
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Portfolio demonstrating a strong ability to create visually appealing and effective designs
