GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER – Blossoms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive operations management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-site or multi-business unit environment.
• Proven track record in driving operational improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
