Job Summary

To oversee all finance operations for Udine Products and its subsidiary companies and direct corporate financial planning and structures.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. To lead and develop all the finance teams and have an overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters including audit systems.
   2. You are responsible for planning, directing and controlling financials for all organisations. This includes preparing budget, conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports, developing and implementing an effective system of accounting.
   3. Corporate Finance: managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisition as appropriate.
   4. To formulate financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the management.
   5. To ensure that all preparations and submission of weekly monthly updates are done timeously and you are to present monthly management accounts and annual financials with recommendations.
   6. To review accounts and investigate variances and then set recovery plans.
   7. To lead and manage the budgeting process.
   8. Ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding all the company’s financial affairs.

Qualifications And Experience

Must be of mature age
Have vast management experience at group company level
Degree in Accounting and Finance
Degree in Business Management
Masters degree in Accounting and Finance
Any other relevant degree and certificates
Great communication and leadership skills
